Is there a public trial?
Not for 1.0. At launch, Free Basic lets you edit local projects and preview BMPR files before paying. Your first direct paid-plan purchase has a 7-day money-back guarantee. See the Refund Policy.
Can I preview a BMPR file for free?
At launch, yes. Free Basic can open BMPR files in a read-only preview so you can inspect the migration result before upgrading to editable conversion.
What are AI credits?
Credits are WireMagic’s AI usage units. Plus includes 200 standard credits per month; Pro includes 800 standard plus 50 advanced credits for heavier workflows. Credits reset monthly and do not roll over.
What happens if my subscription ends?
Local files are not held hostage. Existing pages remain editable under Free Basic rules; paid-only actions require active access.
Can I cancel a subscription?
At launch, subscriptions can be canceled anytime from your account or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep paid access until then.
How does Classic activation work?
At launch, Classic will be tied to your purchase email. Buy with the email that should own the license, then sign in to WireMagic with that same email.
Can Classic owners add AI later?
Yes. Classic owners can add Plus or Pro AI & Cloud with dedicated lower-priced add-ons instead of paying twice for the desktop editor.
How many devices can I use?
Classic and Plus activate on up to 2 of your devices; Pro on up to 3.
Are taxes included?
Prices are shown in United States dollars (USD) before tax. Stripe calculates applicable sales tax or VAT during Checkout.
