1. Agreement and provider

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Yibi AI LLC ("WireMagic", "we", "us", or "our"), a Wyoming limited liability company. They govern the WireMagic website, desktop application, accounts, AI features, Share Preview Links, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, making a purchase, downloading, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

WireMagic is a desktop wireframing and UI mockup application for macOS and Windows. Project files are stored locally on your device by default. Accounts, purchases, AI assistance, Share Preview Links, product diagnostics, and software updates may connect to online services.

You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. If local law requires a higher age or parental authorization, that requirement applies.

3. Accounts

Some features require an account identified by your email address. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain access to that email, and promptly notify us of unauthorized use. Purchases are tied to the purchase email; use the same email when signing in to activate paid access.

4. Plans and licenses

Free Basic. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the desktop application within the Free Basic limits shown on the Pricing page.

Classic. A Classic purchase grants one person a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the professional desktop editor on up to two devices, including 1.x updates. Classic does not include recurring AI credits. Periodic online reauthorization may be required, with extended offline use supported between checks.

Plus and Pro. While your subscription is active, you may use the features and monthly credits shown on the Pricing page on up to two devices for Plus or three devices for Pro. Credits reset monthly, do not roll over, have no cash value, and are not delivered in advance for an annual subscription.

If a subscription ends, your local files remain yours and remain openable and editable under the then-current Free Basic rules. Paid-only actions require active access.

You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or share the Service beyond the permitted user and device limits; circumvent licenses, quotas, or watermarks; probe or disrupt our systems; or reverse engineer the Service except where applicable law permits it.

5. Purchases, taxes, and automatic renewal

Prices are displayed in United States dollars (USD) before tax. Stripe processes payments and calculates applicable tax at Checkout. We do not receive or store your full card number.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year, according to the interval selected at Checkout, at the then-current price until canceled. You may cancel at any time from your account or by emailing support@wiremagic.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and paid access continues until then.

If we change a subscription price, we will provide reasonable advance notice before the new price applies to a renewal. You can cancel before that renewal. Promotional pricing is governed by the offer terms shown before purchase.

6. Refunds and cancellation

Your first direct purchase of a paid WireMagic plan is covered by our voluntary 7-day money-back guarantee. Renewals, upgrades, and later add-ons are not covered by that voluntary guarantee. Other refunds may be available for duplicate charges, delivery failures, or where required by law.

The conditions, request process, timing, effect on paid access, and statutory consumer rights are described in our Refund, Cancellation, and Digital Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. AI features

AI features may send your prompt, selected project context, and related conversation state to WireMagic infrastructure and third-party model providers. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. Review output before relying on it, especially for legal, financial, medical, security, or other high-impact decisions.

As between you and WireMagic, you retain rights in your input and own generated output to the extent permitted by law. You may not use AI features for unlawful content, infringement, abuse, or attempts to compromise the Service.

8. Your content and Share Preview Links

Your projects belong to you. When you publish a Share Preview Link, you instruct us to host and display the selected snapshot and grant us the limited license necessary to do so. Anyone with the link may be able to view it. You are responsible for the content you publish and for revoking links you no longer want to share.

We may disable content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or third-party rights. Send infringement or unlawful-content reports to support@wiremagic.ai.

9. Updates and availability

We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features. Classic includes 1.x updates, not a promise of every future major version. Cloud and beta features may change as the product develops. Keep backups of local files; files stored on your device remain under your control.

10. Intellectual property

WireMagic, its software, branding, website, documentation, and product materials are owned by Yibi AI LLC or its licensors. Except for the licenses expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, fraud, abuse, security risk, or legal necessity, with notice where reasonably practical. A canceled subscription follows Section 5. A lawfully purchased Classic license survives ordinary discontinuation of use, but may be revoked following a full refund, chargeback, fraud, or material breach.

12. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability arising from the Service will not exceed the greater of USD 100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply to liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to mandatory consumer rights and venue rules, disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts with jurisdiction in Wyoming. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms. If a change materially affects an active paid service, we will provide reasonable notice on the website or by email. The effective date above identifies the current version.
